As a health coach i believe it’s very important to remove negative thoughts circling always in mind when it comes to weight loss..
1)WRITE IT DOWN ON A BEAUTIFUL PIECE OF PAPER-
Write down – a change we want to make or a specific goal we have in mind need to be on paper. It moves our vision out of our head onto paper. hang our paper in a spot where we will see it often, such as refrigerator or above our desk.
Mine favourite is pink fluorescent paper and fav spot is refrigator as currently I don’t work so may be next option would be desk.
If its weight loss related, Write your current weight and where you want to be( sensible weight loss) and simple steps we can take to reach our goal.“It’s important to have that head-hand connection with the paper and the pen to achieving goals.
2) KEEP A SMALL DIARY-
1)Write down every morning or night what wonderful things do you have in your life that you often overlook?this will create a positive mindset that will transform our outlook on life and put them in a positive space .For me it’s my family-my husband and my 2 lovely kid. it brings a smile on my face and sense of satisfaction. It keeps me going
