NUTRITION FACTS– Whether an individual eat 7 times or 3 times a day, the overall amount of calories from food must remain the same if goal is weight loss. Because total no of calories matters more that we put in our bodies than frequency.
Though it is believed that people can control portion sizes better when taking small frequent meals, it varies from individual to individual depending on his/her daily routine and appetite.
