How to decide how much calorie to be burned to lose 1 pound.
1 pound =3500 calorie
So we need to reduce 3500 calories from the body to get rid of 1 pound/kg, usually in a healthy weight loss 1 pound/week is considered normal.
That means we have 7 days =3500 calories
So in a day means 500 calories to be burned (simple math’s 3500/7)
Reducing 500 calories only by diet or only by exercise is very very tough.
So we divide half n half
Exercise=250 calories/day

Food=250 calories/day
